NRAS国家住房补贴计划报税专家 National Rental Affordability Scheme Act 2008 这个补贴有联邦政府和州政府联合提供,并且每年随着消费者物价指数(CPI)增加。 这个补贴分两部分,州政府补贴State Incentive Payment将以现金形式发放,直接转账到户主(房东)的银行账号。 而联邦政府补贴是 Refundable Tax Offset是以税收抵消的形式,也就是说,房东在为租赁报税时候,如果盈利,这个联邦政府补贴是可以抵消税收的。如果税收小于这个津贴,津贴的余额是可以退款的。 请看下表:
